Philadelphia – Pennoni Associates, an award-winning consulting engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is pleased to announce that Amy Hopkins, S.I.T., has received a Distinguished Service Award from the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (PSLS). Ms. Hopkins is an Associate Surveyor for Pennoni’s Monroeville, PA, office.
The award was given in recognition of exceptional leadership and devoted service to the Southwest Chapter of PSLS. It was presented to Ms. Hopkins at the organization’s annual conference held this past January at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, Hershey, PA. Ms. Hopkins has been a member of the Southwest Chapter since moving to the Pittsburgh area and serves on the Board of Directors.
Ms. Hopkins has 18 years of surveying experience and is formally educated in Geodetic Surveying by the Defense Mapping School in Fort Belvoir, VA. She specializes in Land Surveying Service including ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Topographic and Boundary Surveys, Condominium Documents, Subdivisions and Boundary Descriptions.
