In today’s energy climate, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) has become more important than ever. According to the USGBC website, green building products and services have nearly doubled since 2005. CLC continues to support green building practices and has applied the principles to multiple projects across the western United States. In 2008, CLC worked with Chase Bank to complete a gold certified LEED project in downtown Denver, their first in the United States.
