Hemisphere GPS wins ASTech Leadership Foundation Award and 2008 Innovation Award for New Technology

Calgary, AB – October 27, 2008 – (TSX:HEM) At a gala awards presentation on October 24th, Hemisphere GPS was announced winner of the Alberta Science and Technology (ASTech) Leadership Foundation Award for its outstanding commercial achievement in science and technology in the businesses over $25 million category. The ASTech Awards are among the highest honors available to individuals and organizations whose outstanding work has had an impact on science, technology, business, medicine, the environment and the lives of people in Alberta and worldwide.
