Trimble Dimensions 2006—Building Your Connected Site

Sunnyvale, Calif., Nov. 8, 2006 – Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) opened its Dimensions 2006 on Monday. With more than 2,000 registered attendees from over 47 countries around the world, the conference focuses on applying technology to meet the needs faced daily by surveying, construction, and civil engineering professionals. Trimble Dimensions 2006 is being held Nov. 6-8 at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.

The theme of Trimble Dimensions 2006—Building Your Connected Site—emphasizes how process integration and intelligent positioning technologies enable surveying, engineering and construction professionals to reduce rework, utilize assets more efficiently, accelerate design updates as well as improve the bidding, planning and billing cycles. With more than 125 sessions and 10 specialty tracks planned, the conference focuses on increasing productivity in the field and in the office. The conference features a wide range of programs including presentations on the underlying technologies, sessions on applying those technologies to real world problems as well as introductory and advanced product training. In addition, some sessions are being presented to highlight techniques to help organizations grow their maximize return on investment.
